I want to write a blog that inspires you to action.
Specifically, I want to inspire you to 1,800 consecutive seconds of action.
The kind of action that makes your blood pulse, your neurons fire and your epidermal layer glow. Action that quickens your breath and excites your adrenals.
Action you want so much that you almost need it.
…I may not have inspired you yet, did I at least get your attention?
Catch a Glimpse
No matter what that image involves, I bet two things are for certain: whatever you’re doing, you’re moving and you’re having fun doing it.
Taking action should be something that is exhilarating and thrilling!
(remember, you’re envisioning something you can do for 1,800 seconds nonstop…)
Build Your 1,800 Seconds of Glory
Now you have a vision of how you would create 1,800 of actively amazing. Translate that into your life. Don’t wait until you have the exact right equipment, costume or social circle. Think about how you can do those 1,800 consecutive seconds right now. Today.
When can you set aside those thirty minutes today? Write it down, mark it on your calendar, put barbed wire and an electric fence around that in your head. This is something that excites you – don’t let anything get in the way of making it a reality!
Where will you go to make it happen? Define your arena of action and plot your route.
Who will you bring with you? Coordinate schedules and get them amped up to join you.
Now go! Do it! Make your 1,800 Seconds of Glory a Reality!!
Capture Victory Every Day
I’m VERY proud of you. Taking a vision and making it reality is something that most people consider at commercial breaks. But you, my friend, you are different. YOU DID IT!
Now, I have a surprise for you. It’s pretty cool.
You have the opportunity to show off your Rock Star Self every single day. You can capture 1,800 seconds of glory every 24 hours and show the world your personal awesomeness.
There’s a catch, though. Eventually, you may not be satisfied with thirty minutes of fabulous. You may start to creep up to 45 or even 60 minutes of action. You may even decide that you want to try NEW actions, stuff you’ve never considered before.
And that’s when the fun really begins.
Don’t Exercise. Take Action.
Thirty minutes of life-affirming action will make you want more – both more action and more life.
Don’t buy into that whole myth about you-just-gotta-do-it. It’s a scam. Heart pumping action is something we GET to do, and we’ve been systematically conditioned to being couch potatoes instead, willingly giving away all of our time to watching other people DO stuff.
It doesn’t matter what gets your blood going, as long as you get going. Once you do, you won’t want to stop because the doing feels so good.
Have I inspired you yet?
Wishing You an Awesomelicious, Action-Packed Day!
